Funerals

What should I do when someone dies?
When death occurs you should contact a funeral director who is ‘on call 24 hours a day’. The funeral director will assist you in making all the necessary arrangements and will arrange a minister. St Andrew's clergy team would be willing to conduct this rice and support you throughout.

What can I expect from the funeral service?
The minister will contact the family to discuss the service and the necessary arrangements for burial or cremation. A death touches and affects both family and friends and a funeral service provides an opportunity to acknowledge that death has occurred, to give thanks for the life of the deceased and to put the death in the wider perspective of eternal life.

Memorial Garden

Our Garden of rememberance is located at our old church site off Pike Drive. The grounds are maintained by dedicated volunteers to keep it tidy. It remains a peaceful place to sit quietly and reflect.

If you would like a plaque or ashes strewn in the garden please contact the church office. A fee is charged for a burial of ashes service.
